Hypnosis offers access to the subconscious mind — the powerful layer just beneath everyday, chattery thought.

It is the same brain state as a very deep meditation; an alpha-theta rhythm. In hypnosis, you gain access to your full creativity and memory — all of your knowledge, insight, and inner resources. It is a super-brain state: focused, receptive, and expansive.

Once in this state, clients often experience a sense of lightness and clarity. You are always in control; hypnosis is a collaborative process.

There are two primary approaches in hypnotherapy. One gently explores the subconscious to uncover and release limiting fears, patterns, or memories. The other helps create new neural pathways that support lasting change in habits and behavior.

Most sessions weave these approaches together, working back and forth between internal insight and mental recalibration.
