FAQs
What exactly do you do?
I help people shift the way they think, feel, and perform by working directly with the subconscious mind. Through a blend of visualization, mental rehearsal, mindset training, and light hypnosis, we strengthen the mental patterns that create confidence, calm, and high performance.
It is mental conditioning, training your mind the same way athletes train their bodies.
Is this hypnosis?
Sometimes.
Much of my work blends guided visualization, identity-based mindset training, and mind-body reset techniques. It is a calm, focused state where the mind becomes more open to new possibilities and more empowered self-beliefs.
Does this actually work? Is there science behind it?
Yes. Visualization and mindset training are backed by decades of research.
Studies show that the brain activates many of the same neural pathways during visualization as it does during real performance. This improves skill, confidence, emotional regulation, and focus.
My approach integrates evidence-based research from Dr. Carol Dweck, Dr. Alia Crum, Dr. Andrew Huberman, Todd Herman, and polyvagal theory, woven into a practical, grounded system you can feel working immediately.
Do athletes really use visualization?
They do, at every level. Olympians, professional athletes, performers, and high-level competitors all use mental rehearsal as part of their training.
Today’s debate isn’t whether visualization works, but which style creates the strongest results.
The answer? Identity-based, emotionally charged, multisensory visualization, the exact method I use and teach my clients.
Will I be in control?
Yes—always.
You are awake, aware, and fully in charge throughout the entire session.
This work is about empowerment, we connect you with your deepest subconscious self.
